Brief job description

Digital Marketing Manager with a leading Insurance Broker. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to build their career with a successful, expanding financial services company and household brand name. This position also has a junior assistant to assist in your daily tasks. It is a varied role where all traditional and modern channels of the marketing mix are utilised. They would also like to increase their use of data analytics and digital marketing methodologies so experience with digital marketing tools is essential. Customer acquisition and retention are the key words for this service industry so innovative use of marketing tools is required. Key Duties for this job: • Daily oversight of all ongoing marketing campaigns – traditional & digital • Daily managing of content on all our social media platforms • Managing a content plan for the websites of all the company’s brands and USP’s • Fully understanding the objectives and aims of each brand and creating marketing plans and campaigns to fulfil those objectives • Act as a support for the floor managers in each brand to assist them in their task of managing the customer experience • Liaise with compliance department to ensure all adverts comply with rules and regulations of the Central Bank of Ireland. • Coordinating SEO work in the areas of on site and off-site optimisation • Coordinating client database and social media output effectively • Liaising with our various partner firms we use for national media TV and Radio campaigns and plan these campaigns for optimal results • Ensure all marketing activity optimises ROI • Identify, evaluate and implement new and emerging technologies in this industry sector

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• A strong understanding of customer service industry (not necessarily this sector) but customer acquisition and retention experience • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role • 3rd level marketing type qualification or business qualification with marketing as a major component • Experience running campaigns via social media, TV, radio, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc • Experience working with budgets • Ability to foster and maintain relationships with colleagues and suppliers as applicable • Ability to delegate to junior assistant and train where applicable • Ability to analyse CRM data and deliver reports • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills For more information, please contact Sarah Mac Nulty on 01 662 1000
